Sour Cream Chicken

I made this as a spin-off from from Crispy Cheddar Chicken and loved it! It was so easy and delicious!

Here's what you'll need:
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Cavender's All Purpose Greek Seasoning (it looks like this)
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup sour cream Ritz crackers, crushed (they look like this)
1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Trim chicken of excess fat. Lightly sprinkle both sides of each piece with Cavender's seasoning.  Place sour cream, cheddar cheese, and Ritz crackers in three separate bowls.

Dip the chicken in the sour cream bowl and cover on both sides. Then transfer to the cheese bowl and then the cracker bowl, making sure to cover both sides each time. Place on a baking dish. Repeat with the remaining pieces of chicken.

Bake, covered, on 400 (I used convection on 375) for 30 minutes. Remove foil and return to oven for 10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting into the chicken. Serve with your favorite sides.
