These are a few of my favorite things

It's Christmas WEEK!

I'll be honest, December is totally winning this year. We've had strep, pink eye, bronchitis and sinus infections, but we are trying our hardest to make the most of this fun time of year!

Yesterday, we took a little trip to the mall and let Ryan ride the carousel. Y'all, halfway through the ride, he realized there was a pretty girl sitting next to him and looked at her (riding by herself), and looked at me, and then asked me to SCOOT BACK! (insert all the laughing emojis here)

In other news, I have a big goal to get the house completed decorated before Christmas Day, and I'm starting to think that it might just happen. (Take that, December.)

This week, we're doing our last three activities from our 12 Days of Christmas List- we're making Christmas cookies, making a birthday cake for Jesus, and visiting Snow Mountain!

I had good intentions of posting my Friday Favorites, but again, the whole December-is-winning thing got me, so we'll call this post:

A Few of My Favorite Things

Dove Style + Care Flexible Hold Hairspray- $4.49
I love the way this hairspray smells and feels. And I love the price!

Not Your Mother's Dry Shampoo- $4.79
Because when December is winning, washing the hair everyday becomes NOT a top priority. This dry shampoo is my FAVE!

Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer Set- $9.99
I'm loving these lately. They go on like chap stick but have a little color too. They have 9 different colors and individually sell for $4.99. My favorite right now, oddly enough, is watermelon- it's much darker than what you'd picture watermelon to be. You can check out the other individual colors here.

Tis the Season Candle 3-Wick Candle- $12.50
I'm loving this candle scent from Bath & Body Works- subtle cinnamon scent without be too overpowering.

Christmas Morning Hand Soap- 6 for $24 or 4 for $20
This might be my new favorite Christmas soap!

The North Face Women's Osito 2 Jacket- $79-$99
I LIVE in this jacket. It's like wearing a blanket- so soft and snuggly! Perfect for running errands in the cold or lounging around the house. I have the color shown but there are tons of color options to choose from.
Most sizes/colors found here or here

UGG Sweater Boots- $149
I have also been living in these lately. They're like fur slippers that are acceptable to wear in public. You can also fold them down for a different look. I wear them both ways.

Barnie's Coffee K Cups
These two k-cups are my new faves. YUM! Love that they are medium roast since most flavored k-cups are light roast.

Chipotle Chicken Panini
I shared this recipe last week- it is my new favorite lunch!

King Ranch Chicken Soup
I made this last week also- oh how I love crock pot meals and soups this time of year.

Hope you all have a Merry Christmas Week!
