Ashlee emailed me earlier this week and asked if I'd like to co-host her awesome blog hop with her today, so of course I said yes! Ashlee has a great blog where she posts deliciously skinny recipes. She takes meals that I make, like lasagna, and makes them healthy! Yes, a healthy lasagna. Probably not something you'll ever find on here ;) but certainly worth checking out over on her blog! She calls it, appropriately, skinny lasagna. Maybe I should change the name of mine to fat lasagna. ;)
