1 head of asparagus
2T lemon juice
1.5 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Snap the tough ends off of each asparagus, rinse, and place in ziplock bag. Add remaining ingredients to bag and mix with your hands until asparagus are evenly coated. Marinate for 15-20 minutes (but the longer the better!). Bake on 400 for 20 minutes.
