Crock Pot Meal: Brown Sugar & Balsamic Pork Tenderloin

I love a good crock pot meal, and this one is full of flavor! Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic
2T soy sauce
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 lb pork tenderloin, trimmed

Directions:
Mix first eight ingredients together in a bowl. Place pork tenderloin in crock pot and cover with marinade. (If time allows, marinate meat in the refrigerator for 1-2 days before transferring to the crock pot.) Cook on high for 4-6 hours, or low for 8-10 hours. Pull meat apart with two forks before servings. **See the baked version of this recipe at the bottom of the post.

Baked version:
Marinate pork overnight. Bake on 350 for 30 minutes. Allow pork to rest outside of oven for 5 minutes before serving. The middle will be a light pink color.
