Broccoli is one of our favorite vegetable sides in our house.
For a long time, I bought the steam-in-bag broccoli and seasoned it various ways, but recently, my mom got me into buying fresh broccoli and taught me her super quick way of preparing it using the microwave.
This is such a quick way to eat fresh and not spend too much meal-prep time on a side dish.
2 Broccoli Heads
Cavender's Greek Seasoning
Rinse broccoli and cut off the stalk. Arrange broccoli on plate. Sprinkle with seasoning. Heat in microwave for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drizzle with glaze.
