Natalie's Birthday + Disney on Ice!

We're coming off of a super fun weekend celebrating our sweet Natalie girl!

Saturday morning, Ryan helped me get Natalie's presents and balloons all set up for her. Her eyes lit up when we carried her down the stairs to see everything!

Ryan was so sweet helping her open her presents and really made the morning all about her. Sweet guy!

Later that morning, we went to Disney on Ice with the McGuires, and let me tell you, my expectations were so, so low for this. Not for the show, but for our little family hanging for the whole thing, and hanging well. ;) I figured we would take turns walking with Natalie and/or Emily in between sitting for the show, but we imagined her liking it for the parts where she was sitting, so we decided to just go for it.

And oh my word. I can't even tell you how much fun we all had and how happy my heart was over watching our three kiddos be totally entranced for the ENTIRE show! I felt like we grew up 2 years in one day.  ðŸ˜‚

Can we go in already?!

Sweet Teagan brought Natalie Snow White slippers to match her dress!

They took hands all on their own- so much sweetness in one morning!

Leading the way even though she has no idea where she's going. She is so her mom. ðŸ˜‚

Emily watched in the wrap, took her bottle in the wrap, napped in the wrap, and woke back up to watch some more from the wrap. She didn't make a peep.

Ryan was in the zone the whole time, which is about the only thing we were counting on going in.

And then Natalie. Girlfriend scooted back in her seat the second the lights went out and she watched that show from start to finish and cried when we had to leave.

It was a major success for the Nelsen clan Saturday morning.

Aunt Dre got the sweetest snuggles!

We love the McGuire's!

Walking out, Patrick and I realized that we somehow had 4 of the 5 kids attached to us and totally looked like one big family with 4 kids 3.5 and under. We died laughing and Andrea snuck this picture.

Later that day, Mimi and Papa came over with Jackson and Riley to celebrate. Aunt KK and Uncle Jay were out of town celebrating her birthday so we missed them!

Silly girl!

The next day, we had Natalie's party at Farmhouse in the City. My plan is to share all about that tomorrow! See you then.
