GLICK
(graham cracker brownies)
Glick is a family recipe that my mom made for us growing up. My sister and I loved it when mom would surprise us with it as an after-school treat! I randomly thought about it the other day and asked my mom for the recipe. It is quick and easy... and delicious of course!
Ingredients:
3 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 cup sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
½ stick butter, softened
1 cup chocolate chips
Directions:
Mix together and pour into greased 11 x 14 pan. Bake 25-30 minutes @ 350
degrees.
"Berry" Yummy Salad
For a healthier snack option, here's an equally quick and easy (and delicious in an entirely different way) salad that I've been into lately. I'm not usually a salad person, but this one is so good!
Ingredients:
One bag of baby spinach leaves
Sliced strawberries
Handful of blueberries
1/2 cup(ish) of Feta cheese
Serve with Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette Dressing- I use this one
That Glick recipe looks good! I may try it for my daughter one day this week!

Both look good, I wouldn't know which to eat first - I fib - it would have to be the Glick!
ReplyDeleteBoth of these sound great! Thanks for sharing! :)
ReplyDeleteOh yummy salad!!!
ReplyDeleteThat does look yummy! Too bad I could never convince my husband to eat that! LOL! I'm not a fan of dressing, and can't stand rasberry anything, but I'd eat the rest!
