Pampered Chef Party and GIVEAWAY!!!

You guys, I am SO excited to have Krista Low back as a guest host today. You may remember Krista's post about making tie-dye cupcakes with her boys. Well today, Krista is opening up a Pampered Chef catalog show for Notes from the Nelsen's readers and offering FOUR of her amazing products as giveaways (three of which are brand new to the line)! She's also sharing a delicious recipe. Recipes, cooking products, and a giveaway... this is my kind of post!

Donut Peach German Pancake
adapted from the German Apple Pancake recipe from the
Pampered Chef Stoneware Inspirations Cookbook

Donut Peach German Pancake

2 fresh donut peaches, peeled and diced
1 1/2 tsp turbinado sugar
1 1/2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp kosher salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp melted butter
powdered sugar

In a small bowl combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice and set aside.

Preheat oven to 400 F. Spray Small Oval Baker with nonstick cooking spray.  In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, and salt.  Whisk to mix well.

Add the milk, eggs, vanilla and butter.  Whisk well until the mixture is smooth and has an even consistency.  There should be several small bubbles.

Spoon the peaches and syrup in an even layer over the top of the pancake batter.

Bake for 20-30 minutes or until puffed and golden brown and not gooey in the middle.  Remove from the oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Serves 2.

This recipe is easily doubled to make in the Mini-Baker or a 8" cast iron skillet. (If using the skillet, spray with non-stick spray place in a cold oven, turn the oven to temperature and heat for 10 minutes.  Remove from hot oven and proceed as directed, baking time should be about 25-35 minutes.)

Pampered Chef Catalog Show!

I LOVE pampered chef products. Part of me wishes I had a Pampered Chef shower when we were engaged so that my kitchen could be filled with more of their amazing things. Out of the products I have, one of my absolute favorites is this bar pan:
I'm convinced it is impossible to burn anything on this pan. And the best part is, it's 20% off during September! I've had mine for 5+ years and use it multiple times a week. I highly recommend it!

Some products I've been eyeing and would love to add to my collection are:
This stoneware loaf pan (also 20% off!). Maybe I would attempt my banana blueberry bread recipe with a whole loaf pan if I had this pan to help make it cook evenly.

This cranberry square baker  and rectangular baker- love the color... and they're 20% off too!

This ice bucket and bar tongs

These collapsable serving bowls with lids in small (2qts) and large (4qts)

This garlic smash and paste

This insulated picnic basket

So what products do you want to add to your own collection?!

To place an order, visit Krista's website, select shop online, type in her name (Krista Low) in the two boxes, and place your order.  The show will close on 9/15. Products will arrive within 10 business days!

The September Guest special is 20% Off Glazed and Unglazed Stoneware and Pampered Chef Bakeware!

If you would like to host your own catalog show in September and earn 60% off any Glazed or Unglazed Stoneware contact Krista at kristascookin@gmail.com.
