Chili Mac Recipe


Last week, I shared my new recipe for Taco Soup. This week, I'm sharing what I do with the leftovers- which I may like even more than the soup. Why? Because there's pasta involved of course.

Ingredients:
Leftovers from Taco Soup recipe
1lb short pasta (I use Ronzoni Cavatappi)
1T butter or margarine
Cheddar cheese
Sour Cream (optional)

Directions:
Cook pasta in salted water to al dente. Drain. Return to pan and mix with butter. Pour buttered pasta into a bowl and cover with warmed taco soup, cheddar cheese, and sour cream if desired.
