Ten on the 10th: Favorite Products for the Kitchen

I'm also writing over at Samantha Elizabeth today and sharing all the details about our house renovation- including pictures from our first apartment and tips for your own renovation. Swing by and check it out! You will love Samantha's blog too- she is the cutest, and so is her blog!

Top Ten Favorite Products for the Kitchen:

10.
Cuisinart Food Processor
I use this fancy machine to scallop potatoes, grate cheese, dice vegetables for soups, and shred carrots for carrot cake... and I'm sure I'm leaving plenty out. It makes tedious jobs in the kitchen speedy fast!

9.
Breville Panini Maker
I LOVE this panini maker! It is so easy to clean! Our go-to meal is the basic grilled cheese, but we've fancied it up a time or two with some other panini's as well. You NEED this! :)

8.

William Sonoma Goldtouch Nonstick Bakeware
I love making banana bread, but hate when the outside gets too dark. The Goldtouch line bakes everything perfectly! If I could have every product in this collection, I would. I love my 4-loaf banana bread pan, but would LOVE this 8-loaf one!

7.
We have had the same Mickey Mouse waffle iron in our family since I was five. It is what we bring out for birthdays and breakfast-for-dinner nights. Our nephews love it! We don't even have a regular waffle iron because this one is way more fun. ;)

6.
We use this ALL the time! Matt likes it for his protein shakes after a workout, and I love it for my Peanut Butter Banana Smoothies. I also use it for soups and sauces. We've had it for 6 years, and it still works great!

5.

KitchenAid Mixer

We have this exact mixer in red. I love the color- feels very classic-kitchen to me. My bridesmaids got this for me as a wedding gift six years ago. :) It is definitely one of my FAVORITE products in the kitchen. And it stays out on our counter too (which is saying a lot if you know me) because I use it so much. I love being able to multi-task while I'm cooking. If you like to cook or bake, this product is an investment that is worth every penny!

4.
Pampered Chef Bar Pan
I love, love, love this pan. Ours is dark brown by now because I use it for EVERYTHING!

3.
Cuisinart Coffeemaker
I just recently switched over to a Keurig since I'm the only one who drinks coffee in our house (and since I only have one cup every morning), but I have this one tucked in our cabinets for when I need to make a full pot of coffee. It is so sleek-looking, makes 12 cups at a time, and has a hot water feature for tea and oatmeal. Amazon has it as a GREAT price right now too! If you need a coffee maker, I highly recommend this one!

2. and 1.

Keurig K75 and Coffee Pod Drawer
I got this exact Keurig as a Christmas gift from Matt's grandparents. And, because they know me well, they also got me this coffee pod drawer so that I had a place for all the pods. :) I like the drawer better than the towers because the pods feel more tucked-away. Here's what it looks like:

Some of my favorite pods I've tried so far are Green Mountain Caramel Vanilla Cream and French Vanilla, Cafe Espresso Cafe Caramel and Cafe Vanilla, Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll, Foldgers Vanilla Biscotti, and Donut House Cinnamon Roll. I'm a sweet, light-roast fan in case you couldn't tell. ;)

I found a seller on eBay who lets you pick various flavors and amounts with free shipping when you buy 10 or more. Another great site to use once you know what flavors you like is Coffee Giant. They have GREAT prices! Shipping is $6.95 flat-rate unless you spend $59.99- then it's free.

That about covers it for my favorite products in the kitchen! What are your favorite products?! Anything I'm missing in my cooking-life? :)

  3. I am so with you on the food processor. I got one as a wedding gift even though we didn't register for one....and I used it til it died (and was uber quick to replace it!) This christmas I actually asked for one with a bigger cup capacity so I could do more!
