A visit with my favorite 2 year old

After our week at the beach in Wild Dunes, SC, I made my way to my friend Meagan's house to spend the weekend with her and her sweet daughter. On Saturday night, Meagan and her hubby had a wedding to go to, so E and I got to spend the evening hanging out just the two of us! I shared some of these pictures in my #summerdays2013 post, but here are the rest from the weekend!

a new dress my mom got her for her birthday- she said, "I wear it now" :)

The start of our girls' night- pasta dinner with a little kale on the side ;)

wagon ride to the lake!

"cheese"

Every time she saw me whip out the camera she gave me the "cheese!" (she's obviously well trained)

I told her she could walk all the way to the end of the pine straw but not any further... she worked her toes right up to the edge, sweet thing. :)

"Hop!"

"I pull it"

We got creative for the ride back since she had a full diaper. She loved it!

and lots and lots of books! We read for almost an hour! She picked out 10 books and we read and sang every last one of them. Love this sweet girl!
